Chase lost a second tooth today. Actually, he pulled it out all by himself and then announced it to us. It was rather surprising. Not every kid can extract his own tooth. He's pretty manly sometimes, and I told him so.
Being a manly kind of guy, he wasn't in the mood to pose for me with his new smile. But he quickly had a change of heart when I told him the Tooth Fairy might not show up if we don't have photographic proof that he lost a tooth. Manipulative? Totally. Necessary? Absolutely.
This is what a mom has to do sometimes for a good picture.

Haha! I love how you got him to pose for the photos. He does look really cute with the tooth missing! I'm pretty impressed he pulled it out on his own. Very manly!

Holly! Yes those boots are awesome. I am loving them but only from a far. I tried some on in November and was too warm almost instantly. At my age, getting too warm is not fun. ...So, I leave those on the store display and I'm still looking for low top boots or high top shoes.
