Project Life - Weeks 29 and 30

I will catch up.  I will catch up.  I will catch up.  I'm changing the format a bit to try and help myself complete 2013.  It really tweaks me out to make a big change midway through my project, but I stopped taking a picture day in August.  I just didn't have the mojo to keep up with it, and when it stopped being fun-ish and started feeling more chore-ish, I stopped doing it. I've come too far to quit now, but I'm so very far behind.  I will catch up.  I will. . . Say it with me.

Play in the Snow Day - 2014

We launched 2014 by heading up to the high hills for some snow and sledding.  

Our rig got a little (a lot) stuck on the ice, and it took Chad about 45 sweaty, huffy/puffy minutes to get us out.  At first he considered it a fun adventure challenge, but he wasn't too happy about it after approximately 15 minutes worth of trying.  In a word, it was sketchy.

The scene of our impending doom - a solid sheet of ice down a curvy road.  This does not make for smooth sailing.  Or any kind of sailing without a lot of effort by my woodsy hubbs.
