I'm joining the 21st century...

Friends and family, welcome to the Boyd family blog! I can hardly believe it myself, but I've decided to join the 21st century and become a blogger. Those of you that know me well (or even a little) are probably wondering what possessed me to take this giant leap into the world wide web. Well, for years now (5 and 1/2 to be exact, since that's how old Cole is), I've regretted that I don't journal or scrapbook, (I've tried - I've failed), and I know that many of my favorite memories have already begun to fade. So here it is, my attempt to capture the many adventures (and sometimes misadventures) of my life with a husband, (we'll call him Chad), three small boys, and one cat; and to share it all with you.

***Mom, this means you can stop asking me to send you pictures, which I never do, which causes you great disappointment, which makes me feel bad - but for some reason not bad enough to just send you pictures. Now you can see everything that we're up to AND share the link with your friends. Can I get a WHOO HOO, Gammy-Gams!!***

Who came up with the name of this web log (I call it a "blog")? It's brilliant.

yippeee! Cute Blog! I'm so glad you have a blog I can check out. I decided to blog for the same reason... I've failed terribly at scrapbooking and journaling about our family life as well. Did you know they have cool sites where you can have your blog printed into a book if you want? I haven't done it, but think I might soon.
