Beach Birthday Bash

We spent a lovely day at the beach on Saturday to celebrate Gramma's 60th birthday.  (Yes, I just publicly declared Gramma's age.  But she doesn't mind. Why doesn't she?  Oh, simply because she doesn't look 60.  Not even close to 60.  She has less forehead wrinkles than me.  I am serious. I might be irritated by this, but she's so wonderful to me and mine that I can't hate on her for her naturally beautiful skin.)

Here are some pictures of our wonderful day celebrating our wonderful Gramma in the beautiful, wonderful sunshine.

First picture of the day.
Caden put Gramma's hat on almost immediately upon our arrival.
He knows the value of head and face protection.
 So smart.
I love Chase's careful hands.
I took lots and lots of pictures like this...trying for the perfect one.  Still haven't nabbed it yet.
Deep thoughts/dirty face.
Caden...still in the hat.
Last picture of the day.

Happy happy birthday to you, Gramma.  We LOVE you so much!

The Barbie pic makes me smile - those Barbie girls are always into something no matter the generation.

And the water shot where you said you tried and tried ... did you photoshop the hearts, or is that "real"?? Very cool either way.

Nice photos, Holly!

Elle J...the hearts are real. I made a heart shaped filter that did that.
